Witch hat with LED diodes black 38x35cm

This unique witch's hat features a chain of 10 small LEDs that glow in different colors. The translucent material allows the lights to be clearly visible even though they're inside the hat. Thanks to the ribbons and a small hole in the crown, the LED chain can be attached to fill the entire crown. An additional decorative element is a ribbon with a shiny buckle.
