Regulations on the use of information and advertising materials published in the online store www.partypal.pl

The purpose of these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) is to define the terms and conditions of use of information and advertising materials, such as product photos, texts, graphics and logos and other materials or fragments thereof (hereinafter referred to as the Materials), posted in the online store operated at: www.partypal.pl ​​(hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The owner of the Website is Tentu Global Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-682) at 86/410 Hoża Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000986876, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9542843231 (hereinafter referred to as Party Pal).

I. General provisions

  1. Tentu Global owns all copyrights and related rights to the Party Pal trademark, logos and product photos and other Materials posted on the Website.
  2. The use of the Materials (in whole or in any part) is possible only under the terms set out in the Regulations.
  3. The use of the Materials is permitted only by registered and verified entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as Customers) who have made purchases on the Website or in a stationary store operated by Tentu Global .
  4. A Customer who has the right to use the Materials does not have the right to further share them with other entities. The exception is Customers who are distributors of Tentu Global products, who have the right to further share the Materials provided that such third parties comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Tentu Global reserves the right to withdraw consent to use the Materials at any time, which entails the obligation to immediately cease using them.

II. Rules for the use of Materials posted on the Website

  1. Customers entitled to use the Materials under the Regulations may use the Materials free of charge.
  2. Customers have the right to use product photos placed on the Website's product cards and photos posted in the form of banners.
  3. The use of photographs containing images of models is prohibited.
  4. Customers authorized to use the Materials may use them in whole or in part. However, any modifications or adaptations of the Materials, as well as combining the Materials with other materials, are prohibited.
  5. The materials may be used by Customers in online stores, on social media and in leaflets for informational and advertising purposes.

III. Final Provisions

  1. The manner of using the Materials, together with any other materials or information accompanying them, may not violate applicable law, good customs or the good name and image of Party Pal .
  2. It is prohibited to use the Materials to illustrate or advertise products not purchased from Tentu Global .
  3. The use of the Materials in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations will be considered an infringement of the rights of Tentu Global and will result in legal liability based on generally applicable provisions of law, in particular the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
  4. The Customer who intends to use the Materials posted on the Website is obliged to first read the content of these Regulations.
  5. Tentu Global reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are published on www.partypal.pl.

                The Regulations enter into force on December 6, 2022.
