ORDERS
How can I place an order?
The basis for placing an order in the online wholesale is registration on partypal.pl website by creating an account. Purchases in the online wholesale are made by adding products you are interested in to the basket. Our products are packed in collective packages (packs) of 12 pieces*.
To place an order, you must confirm the selected products on the shopping cart page, and then choose a form of delivery and other details related to the implementation of the contract.
If the product is packaged in a different quantity than the standard (12 pieces), in the product description there is an appropriate annotation. Balloons 100 pieces, balloons 50 pieces, ribbons, garland ribbons, racks and balloon stands can be individually added to your order.
How do I pay for my order?
The following forms of payment are possible:

cash on delivery - cash to the courier on delivery of the goods,

bank transfer.
Can I collect my order personally?
Yes. When placing an order, please inform about this fact in a note to the seller.
What is the bank account number to which I should make the payment?
Your bank account number can be found on the invoice issued with your order. Please state your order number in the title of the transfer.
How can I change my order?
To change your order, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible.
Where shall I enter data for an invoice?
When placing an order in the note to the seller, write down the required data or send an e-mail with the data to shop@partypal.pl giving the order number.
Prices listed on the site are net or gross?
Prices listed on the platform PartyPal.pl, are net prices. VAT is added at the end of the order in the shopping cart.
Can I use the photos uploaded to PartyPal.pl in my online shop?
The Copyright Policy explains all the rules for using the materials contained on the website.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What is the delivery time for orders?
Orders placed through the PartyPal.eu platform are fulfilled in the order of submission. Delivery time is usually 24h. Orders placed at the weekend or on holidays are fulfilled on the next working day.
What are the costs and delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the availability of ordered products. Your orders are sent by a courier company.

REGISTRATION
How to register in the online store?
Registration can be made in the bookmark: https://partypal.pl/account/register. After registration, you should wait for a telephone contact from our company in order to confirm company data.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
In order to recover a lost password, you have to use the password recovery option, from the login position select the option "RESET PASSWORD".
Can I change my personal or address data, which I provided during the registration process?
Editing of the data is possible after logging in to your account in the "My account" tab.
What should I do if I have a problem logging in to the partypal.pl store on Google Chrome?
You need to clear your cookies. Detailed instructions are provided below:
1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to the website partypal.pl from which you want to delete the cookies.
2. Click on the padlock icon or the information icon just before the URL in the browser's address bar.

3. From the menu that appears, select "Cookies and site data"

4. In the window, you will see a list of all cookies associated with this website.
5. Select partypal.pl, then click "Remove" to delete the selected cookies.

6. Click "Done" after deleting the cookies.
7. Finally, you need to refresh the page.
