Rules for Granting Fixed Discounts at Party Pal Wholesale
This document defines the rules for granting and applying fixed discounts at Party Pal wholesale.
- Fixed discounts are in effect from 28.04.2022.

Fixed discounts are available to wholesale customers who place orders via:
a) Website: www.partypal.pl
b) Physical store (Wola Mrokowska, Al. Krakowska 1A)
- The fixed discount is applied at the time of invoicing. When adding products to the cart, the prices shown do not include the discount.

The discount system includes 4 discount thresholds: 3%, 4%, 5%, and up to 7%, calculated annually from April 28 to April 27 of the following year.*

The first discount level (3%) is automatically assigned to customers with annual net purchases between €4,500 and €11,000 (shipping costs are not included).

The second discount level (4%) is automatically assigned to customers with annual net purchases between €11,000 and €22,000 (shipping costs are not included).

The third discount level (5%) is automatically assigned to customers with annual net purchases between €22,000 and €44,000 (shipping costs are not included).

The fourth discount level (up to 7%) is automatically assigned to customers with annual net purchases above €44,000 (shipping costs are not included).

For annual net purchase volumes exceeding €95,000, discount terms are determined individually upon contact with the Sales Department.

Discounts are assigned for one year and apply from April 28 to April 27 of the following year.*

To maintain the discount in subsequent annual cycles, the required purchase level for the given threshold must be maintained.

*Discounts do not apply to orders placed between April 28 and May 4 due to the settlement of all transactions.
