  • Average delivery time is 2 to 4 days.

Payments:

  • In the case of payments in foreign currency, the currency conversion will be made according to the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the business day preceding the invoice issue date.
  • The exchange rates on the partypal.pl website are indicative and may differ slightly from the average NBP rates.  
  • If the Customer chooses cash on delivery, order processing begins immediately upon receipt and confirmation of product availability in stock. If the Customer chooses prepayment, order processing begins upon receipt of the required amount in the Partypal.pl account or upon receipt of payment confirmation via email at shop@partypal.pl.
  • Each order is accompanied by a receipt or, upon request, a VAT invoice. If the customer requests a VAT invoice, they are required to provide complete company information, including their registered office address and Tax Identification Number (NIP), by entering the details in the order notes field.
