- These Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at www.partypal.pl

- Partypal.pl conducts wholesale of products.
- The use of the Internet Platform is possible with the help of computer equipment (mobile devices) with Internet access, via a web browser.
- The prices given in the Store are given in Polish zlotys and are net prices, not including VAT. The prices do not include the costs of delivering the Goods.

- The customer may communicate with the Seller using the addresses and telephone numbers provided in these regulations.
Orders
- Placing orders for products in the Store's assortment is possible after creating an Account.
- The content of the online warehouse partypal.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964, and therefore placing an order by the Buyer does not mean an immediate conclusion of the contract. By completing the order form, the Buyer submits an offer to buy a specific product.
- The Seller undertakes, under the Agreement, concluded in the above-mentioned manner, to execute the Order in accordance with the content accepted by the Seller.
- The contract is concluded when the Buyer receives the Seller's declaration of acceptance of the Order placed by the Buyer.
- By placing an order, you accept the provisions of the Regulations.
Delivery and payment methods offered
- The ordered products are sent via a courier company. The seller is not responsible for the manner and timely delivery of products by the courier company.
- The customer can use the following delivery methods:
- Courier delivery with prepayment on account
- Courier delivery for cash on delivery
- The customer can use the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery
- Payment by bank transfer to the Seller's account
- Detailed information on delivery methods and payment methods can be found on the store's website in the "Delivery and payment costs" tab.
Complaints
- All products / goods offered by the Seller are brand new, free from physical and legal defects.
- In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Complaints should be submitted by phone or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: shop@partypal.pl
- It is recommended to include in the complaint, inter alia, a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the details of the customer submitting the complaint, and the customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
- The complaint will be dealt with immediately, no later than within 7 days.
- Goods returned as part of the complaint procedure should be sent to the following address: Aleja Krakowska 1a, 05-552 Wola Mrokowska with the annotation "Complaints".
Personal data in the Online Store
- The administrator of personal data of Customers collected via the Online Store is the Seller.
- Customers' personal data collected by the administrator via the Online Store is collected in order to implement the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer agrees - also for marketing purposes.
- The recipients of the personal data of the Customers of the Online Store may be:
- In the case of a Customer who uses the courier delivery method in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.
- The customer has the right to access their data and correct them.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this contract.
Final Provisions
- Agreements concluded through the Online Store are concluded in Polish
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, that is: changes in the law, changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Customer about each change at least 7 days in advance.
- The Seller reserves the right to:
- withdrawal of individual products from the Internet Platform
- product price changes on the Internet Platform
- introducing new products to the Internet Platform
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the act on the provision of electronic services; the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.
